Besides project management, which is mostly a one-stop-shop and financed through the one time bank loan for refurbishment, the ESCO service is long-term partnership between our bureau and a house owner.
The partnership is based on management of shared risks – if project management fee is a single billing, then financing the ESCO service is based on “shared savings” through the energy saving measures. That is a classical “win-win” partnership where after completing the refurbishment of the building the bureau will monitor the energy flows in order to secure the energy efficient management. Most of the services described under project management module will be maintained here with maximum scrutiny and bureau will overtake all sub-contracting responsibilities, becoming house owners main partner in supervisory functions for many years.
